EXCLUSIVE: Nana Yaa Boamponsem Swerves Top Media Group, Stays at Kasapa FM

Kasapa 102. 5 FM‘s Nana Yaa Boamponsem Ameyaw isn’t leaving the station to TOP 103.1 FM, as being speculated. The former Agoo FM Morning Show host is staying on, station executives have told us.

TOP FM are said to be undergoing a makeover and have started head hunting for talents. Boamponsem’s name came up at a point as one of the possible talents but that seems entirely impossible at this stage.

A source at the Adabraka-based EIB Network-owned station says contrary to what was earlier suggested, she will stay on to continue her employment status.

Boamponsem moved to Kasapa FM months ago after being granted a transfer request from Agoo FM. EIB also owns Agoo FM, which is based in Nkawkaw in the Eastern Region.

Ever since she joined, she’s hosted some of the main shows on the station as well as the news.

The married Presenter of good local standing is well known within the Twi radio market. Formerly, she worked with Adom FM.
