Former JOY FM Journalist Alex Kobina Mensah JOINS Starr FM

Former Journalist at Kokomlemle-based JOY FM, Alex Kobina Mensah, has joined EIB Network’s Starr 103.5 FM.

Kobina Mensah’s appointment took effect December 1. He joins Starr as Managing Editor and Head of Current Affairs.

Prior to joining Starr, he worked for Class Media’s Class FM as News Editor.

An experienced hand, he joins the Starr FM newsroom with a quality that dates back to years of mainstream journalism work.

Starr FM is currently competing in the news and current affairs space, and it is believed the recruitment of Kobina Mensah will bolster the gains they’ve made so far.

EIB Network also owns LIVE FM, Kasapa FM, GH One TV, Agoo TV, Empire FM (Takoradi), Agoo FM (Nkawkaw), Ultimate FM (Kumasi), and Abusua FM (Kumasi) as well as the Daily Heritage Newspaper.
