EXCLUSIVE: Eddie Ray Leaves Hello FM For Tobinco's Agyenkwa FM

Credible information emanating from close sources, reaching us at ghmediafillas.blogspot.com can exclusively confirm that, reigning Ghana's Number One RTP Radio DJ of the year and back-to-back Ashanti Regional Radio DJ of the year, Eddie Ray (Popularly known as Aboa bankye) of Kumasi based Hello FM has switched camp to join Tobinco's, Agyenkwa FM.

Eddie Ray until his departure was the host of “Ekwanso brebre” and “Power Mix” on Hello FM as well as the head of DJs at the station. It could be recalled that the seasoned disc jockey and broadcaster formerly worked with Sunyani based Space FM. In 2004, he moved to Kumasi and briefly worked with F Giant Broadcasting Limited, Fox FM before joining Despite Group’s Hello FM that same year.

Agyenkwa FM is owned by Samuel Amoh Tobin, CEO of Tobinco Pharmaceuticals which operates under Jam Media Group. Its Sister station is Accra based Atinka FM.
