As earlier published by outfit, Kumasi based Silver fm will tentatively migrate from 91.1fm to 98.3mhz on Monday October 10.
ghmediafillas.blogspot.com can authoritatively state that Silver fm has officially unveiled its new logo to be used by the station in few weeks time. This action taken by management is as a result of frequency jam on the 91.1FM. Mampong based Mighty fm operates on that same frequency 91.1FM and that resident in and around Asante Mampong are unable to receive the signals of Silver FM.
The Bantama based radio station is owned by Bantamahene, Baffour Amankwatia VI (known in private life as Sylvester Asare Owusu), the chief executive officer of silvercrest company limited and a former chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
