ANOTHER ONE: Bola Ray and Dr. Kwabena Duffour's EIB Network acquires Sky 96.7FM


The latest in the series of strategic acquisitions by EIB Network is Sky FM.


The fast growing media group headed by ace broadcaster; Nathaniel Adisi, popularly known as Bola Ray, according to a report by ghmediafillas.blogspot.com has acquired the Sunyani first commercial radio station, Sky 96.7FM owned by Sky Broadcasting Limited.

ghmediafillas.blogspot.com sources have it that the new Sky FM would officially start new sets of programmes from tomorrow, Saturday 1st April 2017 and that its content would be Akan dominant, 80% Akan and 20% English.





EIB Network has gradually and very boldly made a mark in the media landscape through the creation of Starr Fm, the acquisition of Live Fm, Kasapa Fm, GHOne TV, Agoo TV all in Accra. Outside Accra, the company owns Ultimate FM and Abusua FM (Kumasi), Agoo FM (Nkawkaw) and Empire FM (Takoradi) and the Daily Heritage Newspaper.

The change of ownership is expected to be made official very soon by the media group.
