FEATURE: On Akyeaa FM's Frank Amankwah "FIFA"

After completing College of media studies, he started his radio career in the Garden City at Ashh FM during the days of Isaac Owusu Ansah popularly known as "Ike"(now
with Metro FM) and King Eben(now with Silver FM) as an attachment student and sports producer respectively.

Upon completion of his attachment at Ashh FM, he started his full time radio journey in the Brong Ahafo region at Nsawkaw based Tain 90.9FM as the head of sports from Sepetember 2011 to October 2012 before switching camp to join Ahenfo Radio 98.5FM in Berekum from October 2012 to February 2014, also as the head of sports and foreign sports news presenter. Some years later, he moved again to join Dormaa Ahenkro based Gift 105.5FM as the head of sports and foreign sports news presenter.

Due to his exploits he has exhibited over the years, in July 2015 he was poached by Nkoranza based Akyeaa 99.1fm as a foreign sports news presenter of the station. He currently doubles as a sports pundit and an astute commentator as well.

Ghana premier league fans would remember this talented young man very well since he used to run live commentaries of the league matches in the Brong Ahafo region for the likes of Kessben FM, Ashh FM and Multimedia's Accra based Asempa FM.

Listening to him on radio, his line of delivery is perfect; punchlines and everything are second to none. I dove my hat for this wonderful guy. He is really doing wonderfully in the Brong Ahafo region. Currently, he is arguably one of the best upcoming and talent radio sports presenters in the country.

However, ghmediafillas.blogspot.com hereby celebrates the young and enterprising sports journalist, Frank Amankwah popularly known in the sports fraternity as FIFA).

Akyeaa warm up sports is aired live from 6.30am to 7.00am whilst Kick Off is aired from 10am to 12 noon, Mondays through to Fridays.

The sky is indeed the limit....!
