REVEALED: Akoma 87.9FM set to offiically start in Kumasi soon

Ghana's number one media fillas portal, ghmediafillas.blogspot.com can exclusively confirm that TV3's Akoma 87.9fm will soon start normal transmission in Kumasi.

We are told that management of started interviews of presenters at their premises last week and are set to officially commence normal programming soon. 

It can be recall that Akoma FM was acquired by Media General Ghana Limited early this year from management of Freedom FM.

Akoma 87.9 FM is a contemporary radio station in Kumasi owned by MG Radio Ltd. The station is focused on news and current affairs and driven by the passion for music. With a strong digital presence in social media, Akoma seeks to help brands deliver their messages to a targeted audience.

Akoma FM is owned by MG Radio Limited, a Limited Liability Company established on September 7, 2015 to operate radio stations in Ghana. The company currently owns Akoma FM and three other radio stations, 3fm and Onua fm in Accra and Connect fm in Takoradi producing content in English and Twi.

MG Radio is part of Media General (Ghana Limited),a media and communications company which owns and manages television, radio and other media entities.
