EIB contributes GH¢200k towards Ghana @60 celebrations


Excellence in Broadcasting (EIB) Network has donated GH¢200, 000.00 worth of
airtime towards the Ghana@60 celebration.
Presenting the package to the Ghana@60 planning committee Thursday, February 23, 2017, at an event to unveil the official anniversary cloth, EIB Network’s CEO Nathaniel Kwabena Anokye Adisi said the donation is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility.
The fastest growing network operates GhOneTV, Agoo TV, Starr FM, Kasapa FM, Live FM, Agoo FM, Empire FM, Abusua FM, Ultimate FM and the Heritage newspaper.
The cloth comes in four different colours: white, cream, blue, and green with the 60th anniversary logo embossed on each.
Printex, a leading textile manufacturer in Ghana, produced the anniversary cloth for Ghana’s 60th independence celebrations.
The textile company is the first to come out with the Ghana@60 cloth to prepare Ghanaians for the celebrations on March 6, 2017.
The cloth has been designed with Sankofa and Gye Nyame symbols as well as the rainbow colors of Ghana with the Black Star.
The beautiful designs are ideal for men, women and children.
Printex manufactures an amazing assortment of colorful fabrics that are sold in the country and the Sub-Saharan region. According to the committee, the wholesale price for the cloth is GHS220 with the retail price pegged at GHS240.
