EXCLUSIVE: Dr. Kwaku Oteng acquires Kumasi-based Jem 105.7FM

Ownership of Kumasi-based Jem 105.7FM has changed hands, ghmediafillas.blogspot.com can exclusively reveal.

The station, which started some years ago, has been acquired by Angel Group of Companies, the successful local business story headed by Businessman, Dr. Kwaku Oteng. The newly acquired property will fall under its Angel Broadcasting Services unit, we have gathered.

The Jem FM acquisition is the Group’s third major takeover in radio in the Ashanti Region; it operates other channels in other regions of Ghana.

Angel Broadcasting Services operates Accra based Angel TV, digital television station as well as a good number of commercial radio including:
