EXCLUSIVE: Kumasi-based Sports Journalist to sue radio station

Law is a system of rules that are enforced through social institutions to govern behavior. Laws can be made by a collective legislature or by a single legislator,
resulting in statutes, by the executive through decrees and regulations, or by judges through binding precedent, normally in common law jurisdictions.

A contract is a voluntary arrangement between two or more parties that is enforceable at law as a binding legal agreement. Contract is a branch of the law of obligations in jurisdictions of the civil law tradition. A contract arises when the parties agree that there is an agreement.

Now, information available to ghmediafillas.blogspot.com indicates that young, enterprising and outspoken sports journalist, Nuhu Adams popularly known as Samba has threatened to take legal action against his former employer, Kumasi-based radio station Fox FM, a subsidiary of F- Giant Broadcasting Limited.

Reports close to our outfit reveals the suit is set to be served to management of the station very soon.

It can be recall that the journalist was released by the station Tuesday afternoon after his contract was terminated not as a result of non performance but because management was not pleased with the low pitch or low contralto he exerts when presenting his issues on air.

This reason for the termination of Nuhu's contract has raised a lot of eyebrows and social media discussions all over. Sports Journalists all over the country as well as sports fans have profusely been angered by this action taken by management of Fox FM.

Nuhu joined Fox FM about four months ago from Obuasi based OFM.

More soon.
