Officer of Kencity Media Group (Oman FM, Ashh FM and Net2 TV) and Member of
Parliament of Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Akompreko Agyapong has directed the General Manager of Ashh FM, Armstrong Esaah to dismiss Daasebre
Agyei Dwamena after he returned home from his hide out Saturday
afternoon.
Ken Agyapong in an interview with the Kumasi based station, Hello FM Monday
morning said that he has officially instructed the General Manager of Ashh FM to sack the fugitive Kumasi based journalist from the media outfit for faking
disappearance over a couple of weeks thereby keeping everybody in suspense and that has exposed
the reputation of his media organisation to public ridicule following reports
of his faked disappearance.

Meanwhile, deep throat source information has it that some faithfuls
of the ruling New Patriotic Party are pleading on behalf of the journalist to that effect for
the decision to be rescinded by Management.
The Kumasi based journalist in an interview with Ashh FM Sunday
morning told listeners he went to for the NPP and its then flag bearer and now
the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo
Dankwa Akufo-Addo to win the December 7 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.
The journalist however reiterated the fact that he was not kidnapped neither he
was attacked by anyone.
"I
went to pray for Nana Addo's victory at the place where no
one is supposed to know", He claimed in the interview Sunday morning on
Ashh FM.
Daasebre
Agyei Dwamena was publicly declared missing after the December 7 polls when
he went to his hometown, Akyeremade to exercise his franchise and was also scheduled
to report on election results for his station.
