Exclusive: Light FM acquires "Fresh" Sports Crew



Light 94.9FM, a member of the Unity Group of Companies has secured the services
of one of the experience sports host in the Garden City, Frank Appiah.

Frank Appiah popularly known in media circles as Rijkaard had until his move to Light FM worked with Nhyira FM.

The new face of LIGHT SPORTS also has on board young, enterprising foreign sports news presenter, Nana Kwame Kissi formerly of Boss FM and Abedi formerly of Jem FM.

The new Light FM sports team started work today Tuesday, January 10, 2017.

Catch Frank Appiah Rijkaard and his crew every week day 6: 30am - 7.00am for BREAKFAST SPORTS, 12.45pm-3pm (AFTERNOON SPORTS) as well as Saturdays between the hours of 7am -10am.

Unity Group of Companies is owned by Dr. Kwame Kyei, the Chief Executive Officer of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club. The group also owns Unity Oil Company Limited, Light TV, Vision1 FM, Sports Hotel and the Sport Recreational Centre and many other subsidiaries.
