Exclusive: Reportedly Missing Ashh FM journalist FOUND


Ghana's official media fillas portal, www.GHMEDIAFILLAS.blogspot.com can
exclusively confirm that reportedly missing Ashh FM journalist, Dasebre Adjei Dwamena is BACK and that he is back alive.

It could however be recalled that the Ashh FM journalist was publicly declared missing right after the December 7 2016 polls when he went to his hometown, Akyeremade to exercise his franchise and was also scheduled to report on election results for his station. Also Management including some known individuals like the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Bernard Antwi Boasiako affectionately known as Chairman Wontwumi offered a total amount of thirty two thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢32,000) to be given whosoever assist the security to trace the whereabouts of the Ashh FM journalist.

Meanwhile, some media reports has it that the Kumasi based journalist was found in the Brong Ahafo region in Ghana and that he was found weak and flimsy.

It is however, it is unclear if he was rescued by some good Samaritan or he managed to escape. It is also not immediately known whether the journalist was been abducted or was involved in an accident but sources again at the station has however confirmed in a phone call that the journalist has been found.

Prior to the official confirmation by a very prominent member of Kumasi based Ashh FM, it was however found out that his phone number which has been offline for a month now (since December 7) was detected to have been online on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 2.45pm. This prompted our outfit to make a call for confirmation and was subsequently confirmed that the Kumasi based journalist is back.


The back-to-baton Kumasi based journalist is however yet to publicly speak on the matter.
